*{Lovin' Life}* Temecula CA Photographer | Fort Irwin Photographer

These two little ones are just incredibly precious and full of life! I had a great time photographing them this past weekend here on beautiful Fort Irwin. And on a sidenote, I didn't know we could actually have yellow flowers bloom out here in the middle of the desert...with my love of color, it was a sight for sore eyes in a desert of dirt!

I pulled a few while editing...and I *love* the black and white of Miss *M*~ I love it when I see a photograph and I can "hear" it too...I can just hear her little laugh coming out with that shot!

And little Miss M and H...you have the *best* parents! Don't ever forget it! They love you so incredibly much...you are so blessed.

And now for a little eye candy...

And just a reminder I am still accepting nominations for the Giving is Awesome Project that I am working with. So if you know a family that could use a priceless gift like this, please nominate them!

I heard a great quote a couple of days ago..."It is said the real value of a photograph is not fully realized for 30 years." I know the *K* family will appreciate these above pictures one day when they are reminiscing about their little ones as little Miss *M* and *H* are off conquering the world on their own! I just love that quote...so true.

Show some love in the comments and if the *K* family has 25 comments in the next week, they will receive a complimentary print!

Until next time...

*{Wall Collage}* Temecula CA Photographer | Fort Irwin CA Photographer

Just wanted to share the wall collage I put up in the family room...I desperately needed something on that wall and thought this would be perfect. Now my next mission is to have a family session and hang some mega-sized pics in that room! This girl is going 20x30 at least!! I'm telling you, whenever a client purchases a large canvas or large wall gallery prints, they just look *stunning*.

So here is what I've been up to...

And on another note, don't forget that this Saturday in Temecula are the mini-sessions in Old Town. Sessions are only $80...and you get a FREE digital negative with that!!! Not to mention, 20% off prints/product. I know, I lost it! And I have just a couple more slots left...so tell your friends before they disappear! And it seriously does not have to be your kids...I know all of you grown-ups would like to act like a supermodel for a quick 20 minute session and have a FAB*U*LOUS photo for your Facebook pages! Don't lie!

And Sunday, I get to go have coffee and chit-chat and "talk shop" with a local OC photographer! I am so looking forward to it!

And don't forget, I'm still taking nominations for the $1225 PHOTOGRAPHY GIVEAWAY! I *know* you all know someone that could use this...so seriously, GET NOMINATING!!! I just love reading the nominations coming in.

Until Next Time...

*{Giving Is Awesome}* Temecula CA Photographer | Fort Irwin CA Photographer

I feel so blessed to work in a field where so many of my peers have hearts of gold. There is a new wave of generosity that has hit the photography field, and it is called Giving is Awesome. I saw what an amazing gift so many photographers have given people around this great Country and I wanted to be a part of it. With that being said...

You know someone.

You know someone who's experienced a tragedy, is struggling to stay afloat, is raising kids while holding down more than one job, or is volunteering selflessly despite extenuating personal circumstances. You know someone who can't afford custom photography, but who would cherish it during these hard economic times. You know someone who deserves a year-round reminder of their family's spirit, love, and beauty.

You know someone. I guarantee it.

I want to know who they are, and I want to give them the chance to experience complimentary custom photography -- $1,225 worth, to be exact.

The individual selected for this unique experience will receive:

*A complimentary session fee (value $125)

*A DVD of High-Resolution photos of your entire gallery (value $1000)

*One mounted 16x20 image of their choice (value $100)

Oh, and the best part? The person who nominates the winner receives a $100 print credit when they book their own session. What better reason to show some love could there possibly be, people?

The rules:

* You cannot nominate yourself, and the person nominated must sincerely be incapable of purchasing my services. (Being unable to make mortgage payments for a two-million-dollar-vacation-home in Paris does not qualify as sincere financial need.)

* The nominee must reside in the Temecula Valley/Murrieta area or Fort Irwin area, or have the ability to have the photo shoot in one of these two areas. Tell me who you know, what they're experiencing, and why they deserve my artwork. Please include a way to contact both your nominee and yourself as well.

* You must e-mail me the full story : Please email me at info@michelleocampophotography.com

The winner will be announced on April 10th -- so get nominating! And please spread the word...feel free to post this on your MySpace Bulletins, Facebook, your own personal blogs...get the word out! I can't wait to read all of your entries!

Open your heart to someone -- and thanks for giving me the opportunity to open mine.

Until Next Time,

Michelle
